Conversations are underrated. Period. We live in a society, where we sometimes feel that sharing our feelings with someone, may be mocked. We let our frustrations build up, and then they get channelized and expressed in not so favourable ways. One of the best things to do, is sit down, and talk to someone. Talk about your day. Talk about what you’re feeling. I can guarantee, it won’t go unheard, and will give you the peace you desire.
